My name is Luke Chilson, and I am currently a junior at Penn State University. I am from Morristown, New Jersey, and to no surprise I have been going to the Jersey Shore every summer. Like so many others who also go to the beach during the summer, we go with tons of family and friends. Every day there is about 15-20 people all taking up a rather large spot on the beach. Don’t get me wrong, we have tons of fun, but what’s not fun is setting up every morning. As one of the youngest kids there, my parents always wake me up at the crack of dawn to haul tons of chairs, towels, and umbrellas down to the beach. Doing this every morning got old really quickly and honestly put me in a bad mood for the rest of the morning.

After years of complaining to myself and my mom, we came up with an idea while talking one day. The idea was to create a way where you could hire a team to come and set up for you. Of course, my mom thought it should be me setting up. However, I looked at it as an idea to create my own business and hire others to do that for me. I wanted to create a way for large families and groups like mine to be able to easily have someone set up a spot for them at the beach, and all they would have to do is walk down and enjoy the day. Keeping this in mind over years and years, I have come up with “Ocean Breeze Set-up”, your very own set-up crew.
